God will not allow us to be tempted above what we are able. He provides a way of escape from every temptation but He does not force us to take it. We can search the Bible and find wisdom to guide us through any difficult situation.
The devil may kick us while we’re down but even in the darkest times we can find encouragement in the Lord.
And if we mistreat others it may come back to haunt us.
