After baptism joy should be a characteristic of our lives. We must also avoid temptation as much as possible and if it comes we must combat it immediately with scripture. We cannot play with temptation and we cannot give up on Christianity when we experience criticism difficulties or sorrow in life. If we are dragged back into the ways of the world we give up our hope for a better life after this one.
