Anger 2 – Control Your Temper

When we don’t control our tempers we make the lives of those around us more difficult. We are first to avoid becoming angry. But if we fail in that the next step is to avoid saying anything hurtful. When we act on our anger we often overreact and cause terrible damage. We should instead use our tongues to build each other up. And we should never let our anger persist for more than a day. When we dwell on vengeful thoughts we continue to hurt both our bodies and our souls.
