The book of Isaiah prophesied the coming of the Lamb of God and it told us what He would be like. Jesus is the Christ the Anointed One. He is Prophet Priest and King all at once. He is the Lamb of God who sacrificed His own life so that we can be forgiven of our sins. We must apply His blood to our lives through baptism. And we are safe inside the house where His blood marks the doorpost inside His Church.
