Jesus died so that the whole world would have an opportunity to go to heaven some day. He will also be the judge who determines who has met the requirements necessary to enter into heaven. The Lord has all authority over this matter and His judgments will be perfect.
In the Bible God told us what we must do in order to receive our salvation. We must listen to the Word of God rather than the words of men on this subject. We must be careful not to have too broad or too narrow a view of salvation.
