Jesus fulfilled every Messianic prophecy in both His death and His resurrection. If the disciples wanted to steal Jesus’ body they’d need an opportunity to get past Roman soldiers a giant stone and a seal. They would need a motive as well but they would only be hurting themselves if Jesus did not rise on His own. Interestingly the Jews never argued whether the Lord’s body disappeared from the tomb; they only disputed how He left it.
