The book of Exodus tells us how Israel came to be a nation. It also demonstrates that God has a plan and that He has the power to carry it out. It contains numerous parallels to the life of Christ. It records the Hebrew people’s deliverance from bondage their duties and their directions for worship. And it shows us God’s power and His glory.
