We each have personal responsibilities we must attend to on our own but we must also help one another bear the burdens that are too great for one person to carry. Sin is a burden that constantly weighs upon our souls until we receive God’s forgiveness and forgive ourselves for it. And we have to be careful not to become desensitized and accepting of sin.
