We must forgive those who persecute us. We must put away all of our spitefulness bitterness and vengeance. How can we know if we’ve truly forgiven someone? Do we meditate on how they’ve wronged us avoid them pray for them with reservations (or not at all) and secretly rejoice when they suffer? If so we have not forgiven. We should completely forget about those transgressions as God does for us.
