Genesis is the foundation of Bible. Generation and regeneration are key concepts in this book. Adam Noah Abraham Isaac Jacob and Joseph are its key figures. And Eden the Fertile Crescent and Egypt are its key locations.
The title of the book simply means “beginning” and Moses was its writer.
