God desires for us all to come into salvation. He wants us all to come into His church.
When people see the church they get a glimpse of the manifold wisdom of God. It’s built by His blueprints. Christ is its ruler and its foundation. Elders and deacons form its structure. And its members are the material from which it’s built.
