There are three types of gamblers: hardcore gamblers recreational gamblers and good Samaritan gamblers. Good Samaritan gamblers are primarily motivated to gamble because some of the proceeds go toward a “good cause”. But good causes can be supported without gambling; you can simply donate money toward a cause. Good citizens should not support things which are proven to harm society. And it’s never right to do wrong.
