Our sins separate us from God but God does not want us to be separated from Him. God has done some tremendous things in order to keep us from finding ourselves in hell but He does not force us to live in a way that will result in us reaching heaven.
We need to do our part in making sure our friends and family members find their way into heaven rather than into hell. We need to pray for those who are lost to be taught the gospel. We need to pray for people who are ready and able to teach the gospel to other people as well. We need to teach the gospel to the people who surround us as well. And we need to live in harmony with the gospel that we are teaching.
