We need to constantly evaluate our spiritual health so we can keep growing and becoming more like Jesus. We need to think about what we would look like if our outward appearance reflected our spiritual condition. We need to realize our spiritual health is even more important than our physical health. And we need to consider whether we are helping the church or hurting it.
We need to determine our spiritual temperature. We must also determine the condition of our heart. We must consider our spiritual appetite. We have to consider how we have used our tongue. And we must determine whether we are lethargic.
