God will never owe us anything and we can never do enough to repay Him for the blessings He has heaped upon us. We need to do as much as we can to serve Him and we must avoid comparing ourselves against others when doing so.
The Gospel does not make us miserable in life. It teaches us how to enjoy life even when we face the most difficult circumstances.
