We must not be hardened against our young like ostriches. Some of us need to be taught how to love our children. One of the most important roles we will ever fill is that of a parent. We must bring our children up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We have to make time for them every day.
We must also be careful not to become prideful like warhorses.
We need to be far-sighted like eagles instead.
