When we give to God it shows that we truly believe in Him and are willing to support His causes. The Apostles learned from the poor widow’s example that the best giver is the one who sacrifices the most. God has promised that He will provide for His children’s needs. They also learned that God is interested in the willing mind. He cares about our attitudes toward giving. They also learned that every contribution is counted twice – once by people and again by God.
