Jesus did not seek conflict with the people He encountered every day but He did not hold back the truth even when it would cause conflict. The Gospel challenges the way people live so it is impossible to preach it without offending people. It is important for us to preach the Gospel of Christ even if people don’t seem to want to hear the truth of God’s Word.
