There are four types of prayer: supplication prayer intercession and thanksgiving. Supplication means asking God for the things we need. Prayer can include an expression of our adoration for Him or a confession of our sins. Intercession is when we bring another person’s need before God. And when we pray for thanksgiving we show our gratitude to God for His numerous blessings.
